Vote-locking and unlocking most of the time does not enable the 'Approve use of RSR' button at the bottom. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. I have tried multiple browsers, have sufficient ETH, am on the right blockchain (Base or Ethereum) and sufficient RSR in the case of trying to lock. And I did check the 'I understand the 7-day delay' checkbox (see screenshot) and have my Ledger unlocked and with Ethereum chain selected. Incidentally - and I think related: If you then press the 'X' at the top of the screen, a hard error occurs - see the other screenshot.
